At Pro Body Zone Gym, we strive to ensure that our members are fully satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with any service provided, we accept refund requests within 7 days of the service date. To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been fully utilized.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will provide you with a refund authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your refund request and verify that it meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide you with a service credit for the value of the unused portion of the service. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
Payment refunds are available through Google Pay, Paytm, Phone Pay, & Bank Transfer. We do not provide cash refunds.
Once the refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the source within 5-7 business working days.
